Cosmoline, an ISP in a Greece approached Oasis for a cost effective solution in upgrading their outdated ‘frame relay’ network system to a modern MPLS system that would provide top level service to its multiple branch customers.

Oasis converted the company’s network backbone from Juniper to MPLS in a ‘live’ situation, with no adverse effect on the company’s up time or their ability to provide service continuity. The upgrade was implemented entirely using the company’s existing equipment, saving the company several hundred thousand dollars in new equipment.

With the resultant new flexibility, quality of service (QOS) and lower cost of operations, the company was able to swiftly establish an entire line of new services for their customers: better, cheaper and more secure connectivity to diverse branches; better availability through redundancy; new vocal services and improved network security.
